Now small Biogas plant is available according to the size of the family . Plat also available according o your usage and requirement . Som family have 4 members some of them have 6 or 8 different sizes of biogas plant is now available in the market .For your convenient usage now available portable biogas plant s also . Some of the simple operable biogas plants images are shown below .before you go for a biogas plant you must calculate how much biowaste is available in your home biowaste in the sense, Race juice, Vegetable waste, Food waste, fish waste, Chicken waste etc..... Other than this you can utilise the waste water after the production of Rubber sheet is also a good material for the best production of biogas. After the implementation of a small biogas plant at least one person must give attention every week for the smooth running give small care for the plant every day because over waste loading is also not good for the better gas production. fere buying a small biogas plant the above things must be in your mind

Generating Electricity from biogas made from household kitchen waste. There are many utilization available for bio-gas. Commonly it can be used for heat production by direct combustion, and by using fuel cells or micro- turbines for obtaining electricity .Then it can be used as process energy for electrical equipment such as pump control system etc. .According to the available source of Biomass, the bio-fuels are broadly categorized into two .In first categorization fuels is obtained from sugar cane. Here a process called fermentation is done by using sugar, which is present in this bio-mass for the production of bio ethanol. Which is also a fuel containing alcoholic content .Which can be used directly in a fuel cell to produce electricity or serve as an additive to gasoline. Other usable forms of energies are methane gas or transportation fuel like ethanol and bio diesel.
Organic matter is an essential factor in the waste stream .For the production of bio-gas energy, by anaerobic digestion technology, which can be used to generate electricity and also used as fuels in vehicles. Generally the technology uses steam turbine or gasifies for generating electricity and direct combustion method is used to produce heat .This energy is mainly obtained from waste energy. Commonly manufacturing waste, Municipal solid waste (MSW), Land Fill Gas and it is considered as the second largest source of biomass energy. Land Fill Gas is also known as methane gas . This is released by rotting garbage, agricultural and human waste .In the U S forest by –products such as wood residues for generating electricity. Sugarcane fiber and recycled urban woods as fuel to generate electricity and supplying to nearly 60,000 homes.
In Netherlands , one electricity generating facility is done by bio mass is commercially co-gasified with coal and that facility is called 250 MWE Buggenum facility .May be in future between 2013 and 2020 biomass energy will be the largest non-hydroelectric renewable resource of electricity in U. S
Bio-gas is an echo friendly technology and it can facilitate the farmer’s life and it also tries to improve the environment without causing any problem to the nature. By the use of a bio-gas plant agricultural field will become more the advanced, such as the important product quality and true for it helps the farmer to become rich. By this way we can achieve consumption of energy. According to a farmer the main target is to achieve more income and it can be done with the help of bio-gas project. The main aim of this bio-gas engineering technology is the production of bio-gas, which is a large –scale anaerobic digestion, and to set the utilization of sewage treatment purposefully .Bio-gas engineering has more applications in many field .The layout of a standard bio-gas station should be less and reasonable .Planning to achieve the goal. Both conventional and efficient fermentation technologies are the key technology of a bio-gas anaerobic fermentation technology.
The main structure of a bio-gas station is fire channel and small dry powder fire extinguishers and other fire equipment. Anaerobic reactor should have storage cabinets with lightning protection design, lighting protection grounding device and grounding resistance below 4 ohm. The adjacent building should have 25 meters away from a bio-gas station and the railway should keep maximum 10 meter distance. The designing structure of a bio-gas plant should be followed to reduce operating cost, reducing energy consumption. The prevention of bio-gas leakage is a fundamental measure for the sales operation.
The bio-gas plant engines continuously releasing the vent .This vent process to weather prohibited vent which is very harmful to nature. In normal case they will catch each and every equipment for the bio-gas station. Before production of bio-gas. . In future this technology will become more advanced.
Bio-energy is a renewable energy resources like solar energy resources, wind energy resources, but it differs from hydro energy and thermal energy resources. The collection and controlling of bio-wastes and producing fertilizer from this waste for using irrigation showing it is friendly with nature. Collecting food waste from houses, mess halls, hostels, hotels etc., and it will digest to produce the bio-gas. Anaerobic digester is micro-bacterial technique .They are in three steps. The main content of bio-gas is methane and carbon-di-oxide .By using bio-gas, we can reduce the emission of carbon- di - oxide and methane .Adding super –di-oxide to bio-gas will produce an alkaline product which is used in laboratories. In my opinion Best materiel available in kaerala or Rubber producing states or county is waste water after the production of rubber sheets.
The production of bio-gas is from the degradation of organic materials .The collecting of organic wastes such as pig manure, dairy manure , cow dung, food waste, crop etc. and they will mechanically compress and degraded .The landfill gas is a bio-gas which can produce from the degradation of wet organic materials done by the anaerobic digesters .

In India Goober gas is produced in bio-gas plants because it is very useful and friendly to the environment .The cow – dung’s and kitchen waste are collected in a digests tank which is placed in the ground through a pipe. The waste digested by the digestive bacteria extract carbon – di-oxide and methane contents from it. The produced bio-gas is stored in a tank and the remaining waste water is collected in another tank for further use. The usages of fossil, forest many and also the air and water pollution can be reduced by using the bio-gas. It improves the lifestyle of rural people and solves the problems of producing electrical energy .Goober gas is the main bio gas used in India which is produced from goober- dung’s. So, tools required for the construction of bio-gas plant is less.

Biomass is a biological material, they derived from living or off- late living organisms such as plants, animals, dead-plant or animals particles. The bio-mass is converted directly or indirectly into various energy forms such as bio fuels. The bio-fuel is also known as mono alkyl esters. The bio-mass can be converted into energy mainly in three methods, Chemical conversion, bio-chemical conversion, and thermal conversion .Bio diesel is an example of bio-fuel. It is also like a petroleum diesel fuel. The production of bio-diesel is from the natural fresh or used vegetable oil and animal fats. Bio- diesel is used for combustion-ignition-engines. Unburned hydrocarbons, carbon-monoxide and other matter harmful to the environment can be reduced by using bio-diesel-fuel.

Bio-gas energy technique is the decomposition of organic waste, like dairy waste, pig waste, food waste, energy crops, Cow dung etc., and severs methane in the absence of oxygen. The bio-gas energy can be used in so many applications in our daily life. It can be also used as a vehicle fuel. The renewable source of bio-gas is produced from the bio-mass. The bio-mass energy produced by the anaerobic digesters. Anaerobic digesters decomposes the biological materials such as plants, animals etc. It can be done in two separate methods. First one is acidogenic bacteria convert bio-mass into a fatty acid and acetic acids. Another step is methanogenic bacteria which arrange the remaining methane is used for natural gas and other phosphorous-nitrogen byproduct is used for fertilization of agriculture.
The two major problems in our day to day life are bunching waste and increment of oil price. The engineers and researchers discuss about this problem and developed a new technology which is bio-fuel production. The mixture of Carbon –di-oxide, Methane, Hydrogen and Sulphor –di-oxide combined in a specific ratio to from a bio-gas/bio-fuel .Production in the absence of oxygen and byproduct is used for fertilization of agriculture. This process is done by the bio - plant. In India the major bio-plant is Goober Plant.
In the rural areas, the energy problems are solved by the use of Bio-gas which is adamant there. By using the Bio-gas plant we can save fossil, forest, cooking time, money and we can also reduce air pollution and water pollution. It will improve the lifestyle of rural people. In India, Bo-gas is produced by using goober (cow-dung), So it is known as Goober-gas. We require less tools for construction of Bio-gas- Plant.
Now a day usage of bio-gas is for important because it is a renewable energy source, reduce global warming, flexible and efficient use, destruction of food waste avail for farmers and its waste management.
Bio-gas is the combination of so many gaseous particles. They are 65 percent Methane, 30 percent Carbon-DI-Oxide, 4 percent Hydrogen, and 1 percent sulfur-DI-Oxide. The production of Bo-gas is divided into various levels depending on the content of Carbon-di-oxide in waste. They are,

a) Village, farm level.
b) House Hold Units.
c) Large City Level.
d) Industrial Level.

The different uses of gas are consumption for cooking, for gas lamp, for working on engines, (Examples: motor, vehicle fuel etc.).

The food wastes are collected in a digester tank placed in the ground through the inlet pipe from the kitchen. Gas produced from the decayed waste is stored in a gas tank holder. A byproduct of the waste is deposited in another tank placed nearby it for further purposes. The produced Bio-gas in the gas holder tank is connected in the kitchen to utilize it

Today disposal of bunching scum is of the main problem we are facing .In this condition, it can be avoided only through the Bio - gas plant. It can be very useful to nurture as well as human.
The important thing mentioned as follows. You must ask and conform the below mentioned questions to your biogas plant manufacturer because the misunderstanding between the customer and the seller of the bio gas plant is causing the biogas plant is an unwanted thing after a year . In my opinion biogas plant is a better option even its small family (4 members) or a medium family (8-10 members). But you must have an attitude to maintain. It is not a highly complicated mechanism . Its working principle is very very simple. 0% risk factor, because of the gas leakage.

Important Question Must ask to the Portable biogas plant supplier

1, What is the price of the portable biogas plant?
2, What are the things included in this price (Stove, hose, burner Etc....)?
3, What is the durability of the plant (material used for the construction of the plant)?
4 is it possible to fix on the top of the house?
5, is it sufficient the domestic Bio waste depends up on your family members (specify the number of your family)?
6, How many hours can use the gas per day continuously)?
7, Even they have been saying 3 hours ask them this for 3 hours continuously or not...?
8 How much kilogram of domestic Bio waste require per day?
9 is any problem when it's not having been using about a month?
10, Cow dug is compulsory every day or every week?
11, How fast the byproduct is filled on the outlet chamber?
12,Have any unwanted smell occur while its working or in ideal state ?
